01 / RESEARCH IN MOTION

Three research journeys.
One scientific mindset.

Follow how tools inform reasoning, how contradictions change the next action, and how results earn acceptance.

Don’t just watch.
Check the reasoning.

Local checks, separate from the recorded replay. Change an assumption or inspect a sequence and see how the evidence responds.

Scholar / tool mapping

Search, Visit and Code preserve their original roles. Biology includes two native google_scholar calls, both returning zero results. In physics and chemistry, Scholar remains an academic Search/Visit presentation view, not an additional native call. The biology literature lead came from Search; the successful publisher extraction also used Code. Entrez and FASTA retrieval ran through Code. No external tool runs in this page.

What this showcase represents

Three worked scientific cases: physics V2, corrected chemistry V3, and the newly supplied insect-gene identification trajectory.

Physics

Physics: CritPt challenge 19. The record includes the initial difference 0.4500379790992852 and ten corrected absolute residuals, whose maximum is 1.4210854715202004e-14. Detector-vacuum completion does not itself resolve the remaining general-phase mismatch. The subsequent correction rebuilds the phase dependence.

Chemistry

Chemistry: FrontierScience_Research_21 / the IChO 1983 salt-mixture problem. The agent states the correct net-mass model before retrieval. The error being audited is in the page-reading tool’s generated summary. The original solution is not presented as wrong. Source comparison in the film is an editorial replay, not a claim of a newly executed image inspection.

Biology

Trajectory 673a5f9b329d98c7d4b69d5f (hle_all). Code translated 1,296 bp to 432 residues. After two zero-result Scholar calls and blocked/unsuccessful routes, organism/enzyme searches found a literature lead. An Entrez gene query returned 0; an organism query returned 7 nucleotide records in the log. KU170546.1 was fetched and the query was verified as its exact 1-1,296 prefix. Its annotation is GH1 beta-glucosidase from Microcerotermes annandalei, corresponding to option C. The five answer choices were available to guide the search. This is sequence-backed reference identification, not a new enzyme discovery, blind benchmark, successful BLAST run, or full-length gene match. The alternative SNP ordering trajectory was reviewed but not selected; its native tool is Python only.

Branding follows your supplied reference: Sage-A1.5 with the same four-square model mark. Raw uploaded trajectory metadata labels its model 0912-1-preview-c1. This page does not independently establish that model’s identity or report benchmark accuracy.

Films condense key moments, not wall-clock tool sessions. Request strings are edited summaries. Phase curves are local reconstructions; the physics residuals are the ten recorded values. Biology sequence letters and comparisons use the supplied query and logged FASTA. Particles and transitions are illustrations, not measurements or molecular structures. Playback needs no network, external fonts, libraries or media.

These are worked scientific problem-solving cases. They are not presented as novel scientific discoveries or independent blind benchmark results.
